Welcome to the Mad Dog Ventures Management, LLC (“MadDog Ventures,” “we” or “us”) website. By accessing this website, you agree to comply with this binding Terms of Use and User Agreement (this “Agreement”) between you and MadDog Ventures, which governs your access and use of the website, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through the website. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use this website. By using this website you accept and agree to be bound and abide by this User Agreement in the-current implementation each time you use the website.

By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with MadDog Ventures and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts. ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE WEBSITE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES, OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

Miscellaneous

No waiver of by MadDog Ventures of any term or condition set forth in this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of MadDog Ventures to assert a right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect. This Agreement and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and MadDog Venture Capital, LLC with respect to the website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the website.
